|In one of the finest sporting estates in Europe lies Mount Juliet Equestrian Centre . With 1500 acres of pure paradise the estate offers the equestrian enthusiast a truly unique experience.
Mount Juliet Equestrian Centre comprises of an American Barn with stabling for eighteen Horses and four ponies, two arenas, one 60m / 30m and the second 43m/24m both of which contain a high grade surface known as the ‘premier cushion track’, a quality footing for the horses as used in international arenas. It also houses a welcoming Reception area complete with toilets, shower facilities and changing area fully equipped with riding attire for all our guests.
The Estate offers sixteen miles of professionally planned bridal ways through unspoilt parkland and woodland along the banks of the river Nore . The estate is also home to a fantastic Cross-country schooling facility with a total of twenty challenging fences.
The Equestrian Centre provides horses and ponies to suit all levels and stables many Native breeds such as, the ‘Connemara’ and ‘Irish Draught’. The horses are well mannered and schooled for each discipline which in turn provide all guests with a truly enjoyable experience.
Tuition is provided for all levels in Dressage, show jumping and Cross-country for both adults and Children. The centre also offers the opportunity of bringing your own horse on a short-term livery basis to improve personal skills and development. Master classes designed to cater for different aspects of riding. Classes are run over three consecutive days and vary from ‘Confidence Building in Jumping’ to ‘Preparation for Hunting’ for the more advanced rider
