Spring Events for the Equestrian Business Network

Spring Events for the Equestrian Business Network
The Equestrian Business Network Ireland held its first event of 2021 on Monday 11th January with an online Coffee Morning and a presentation by Ruth Matthews of RCM Services who shared tips on Customs Clearance to the attendees. There was a full attendance of business owners representing equestrian businesses from all over the country.

The February event will be held on Wednesday 3rd February at 7.30pm and award winning Sales and Marketing Manager Michelle Campion will explain how to use Instagram to the full to promote your equestrian business to current and potential clients. Attendees will also have an opportunity to introduce themselves and their business and to meet providers of services that they could use in their yards.
EBNI founder Tara Lane explained “In this current climate for businesses, there has never been more of a need for business owners to support each other and network. I founded the EBNI last year with the publication of the booklet featuring 49 businesses supplying horse owners in Ireland. As we are all in lockdown, this is an ideal to bring superb speakers into the offices around the country, to network and upskill on aspects that can help us guide our businesses through difficult times. I hope that both our February and March events will interest everyone who works in the equestrian industry.”

The March event “Spring Clean & Polish the Performance of your Equestrian Business” is set for March 8th at 7.30pm. The aim of the evening is to give attendees the opportunity to do an Audit on themselves as a business owner or manager, look at process, stakeholders, products/services etc and see where even a small improvement or tweak can make a huge difference to the operation. Each business has its own issues but these issues are surprisingly common and this event will give you a chance to step out of your business and look at what needs improving.

These events are open to anyone who works in the equestrian industry and pre-booking is essential. Further details and booking links can be found on www.facebook.com/ebnire/events or from Tara Lane on 087 9789318
