For the non riding visitors we have two splendid golf courses within five minutes drive as well as both fresh water (lake and river) and sea fishing as well as great walking and historical buildings to occupy their time while you enjoy your time in the saddle.
For those of you who would like a little of both worlds we can arrange for a local catering firm to cook and deliver in your meals from simple pasta dishes to a four course dinner.
Our most popular holiday is the summer youth riding and language camp and this runs through all the school holidays (and in midterm and Easter breaks as well). We have guests from 8 to 18 of all nationalities and they live again in the Foley family home with Sue, Dan and their three daughters. As this is on site at the stables, there is no need for guests to leave the estate. This makes it a very safe holiday. Guests are collected from the airport by one of our staff (usually Sue or Dan themselves) and are checked in and taken through to departures on their return flight. All meals are taken in the family kitchen and there is a den for their use in the evenings with cable television and there is free internet access and a computer for their use in the tea room at the equestrian centre.
