We are a family run centre located near Cork Airport and Kinsale. We provide safe and suitable horses and ponies for all clients. Beginners and advanced riders catered for. Summer camps during July and August for children. Trekking along quite country roads and farmland pathways.

Follyfoot Riding Farm is located 6 miles north of the beautiful Kinsale town. We offer hourly and half hourly lessons in our outdoor arena for all levels. Our trekking is varied through the 100 acre tillage farm and we have a nice selection of steady traditional hairy Irish cobs.
We recommend booking in advance in order to avoid disappointment.Please note children must be 7 years or older to ride. Hats and boots supplied, also a selected range of back protectors for children.

Bridestown Towers Equestrian Centre
Situated in the beautiful Bride Valley in North Cork, Bridestown Towers Equestrian Centre is a modern equestrian facility in the surrounds of a magnificent 18th century Georgian Estate. The equestrian centre at Bridestown was founded in 2003 when Gemma and her brother Philip returned from training and work commitments in the UK and Germany. A handful of stables and even fewer horses and ponies were all that was needed to start there budding enterprise. Over the years adding bit by bit, Bridestown Towers Equestrian Centre (BTEC) has developed into a wonderful sports facility. Now with over 30 stables, indoor and outdoor arenas, horse walker, trekking paths and circa 40 acres of prime grassland, BTEC is above par as far as riding and training establishments are concerned.
Approximately 20 minutes from Cork city, Bridestown Towers EC offers top class riding instruction to adults and children of all skill levels. We specialise mainly in show jumping training, flat work & dressage. Group lessons are run on a per term basis for both half hour and hour lessons. Private lessons are also available, mainly on an own horse/own pony basis.
Summer Camps are offered during most of the school holidays for children aged six and up, and an adult camp is usually held once a year depending on demand.
Our livery facilities are excellent and are kept to a very high standard [details on request]. Clients with horses on livery have the use of a horse walker, indoor and outdoor arenas, as well as small hacks around the secluded farm land.
The centre is approved by the association of Irish riding establishments (A.I.R.E.) and with fully qualified instructors, lessons are available for all levels of riding experience.

Small friendly, busy, family run equestrian centre, sited in North Cork in the heart of Duhallow hunting country. Catering mostly for children, minimum age 8yrs. We have a good selections of ponies to cater for the total beginner up to the child who wants to hunt or compete. All children are encouraged to take AIRE exams, which marks their level of competence in both riding and stable management. The regular clients get a mix of lessons in the arena and also riding through the farm.
Clients can also see the details of up coming events, showjumping, hunter trials, fun rides, childrens hunts etc. Ponies are available for hire for these. Pony camps are run during July and August.

Castlefergus Riding Stables is owned and managed by Aida and Morgan O'Brien since 1992 and is a friendly and professionally run Equestrain Centre. We offer full livery for ponies and horses whereby all are turned out into fields or into our winter excercise pad and into the fields in summer. We have a purpose built American barn with stables for hire. Special needs or diets for the horses can be arranged.

We are suituated on the West Clare peninsula. We are 4km from Kilrush, 7km from Kilkee, 4k, from Doonbeg and 10km from Miltown-Malbay.
We provide one to one tuition or group lessons (max 6) so you get a lot of individual attention even in our group lessons as we say here in West Clare Equestrian " its all about quality not quantity."
There are beautiful scenic Treks down through bog roads. They vary in time according to your riding ability.
We also provide livery (full and half board). We specialise in showjumping as we compete ourselves at national level and produce young well bred horses to continue on to a high level at home and abroad. We also cater for sales prep, three year old lunging horses and preparing hunters for the hunting season.

Marie has competed with distinction on the National and International showjumping circuits. This experience, coupled with her tuition ability and track record ensures Clare Equestrian remain one of the top facilities in the country:
Lessons are available on request, either for individuals or for groups
• Regular Lessons for adults are held every Tuesday at 6pm - 9pm and Wednesday evening from 6pm to 9pm.
• Regular Lessons for Children are held every Friday evening from 4pm to 8pm and from 10am to 6pm on Saturday
• We coach people from beginner to advanced level
Horse Management Classes for Adults are run throughout the year
• We ensure that the correct horse is matched with each rider based on experience and ability
• Safety is of paramount importance to us. We are keen that people also have fun and enjoy the overall experience
Our Pony Camps for children are proving very popular. These are held at Easter, Summer and during the October school break.

All horses used are competition standard. Clare Equestrian is located on 70 Acres of unspoiled countryside, making it an ideal trekking venue. We offer:
• Trekking for individuals, couples, families and groups of up to 30 people
• Our treks can be varied from relaxing & easy to very challenging depending on the skill and requirements of the riders.
• Mixed capability groups can be catered for using multiple guides.
• We aim to match the horse with the riders experience and riding requirements.
• Jumping is optional on all our treks

Our facilities include an impressive indoor riding school, spacious outdoor showjumping and practice arenas, cleverly designed and carefully constructed cross country course with simple fences for beginners and challenging obstacles to suit even the most advanced and adventurous horse and rider combinations.
